General Refund Policy
All ticket sales are considered final. Because proceeds directly support our charitable work, we are unable to offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by Campden Home Nursing, guests will be offered one of the following options:
· A full refund of the ticket purchase price, or
· The option to convert the ticket purchase into a donation
Event Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled, existing tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request:
· A ticket transfer to another guest, or
· A refund, provided the request is made within 14 days of the rescheduled date announcement.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at any time prior to the event at no additional cost. Please contact our team with the new guest’s information so we can update the attendee list.
No-Show Policy
Refunds will not be issued for individuals who do not attend the event (“no-shows”).
Force Majeure
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies), refunds may be limited. When possible, tickets will be honoured at a rescheduled event or converted into a donation by agreement.
