Reaching Out to Evesham

When Campden Home Nursing saw an opportunity to open an Outreach Centre in the middle of Evesham we jumped at the chance. We hope that by having a presence in Evesham, we can replicate a mini Jecca’s – a place where people can come for support and information and where the kettle is always on.

Located within the Riverside Shopping Centre, locals will be able to visit the centre to access information and advice every Tuesday and Thursday, between 9.30am-4.30pm.

Advice and Information

At the Evesham Outreach Centre, there will always be a specialist nurse and the Centre Support Manager on hand to give advice, information and comfort to those needing support. No appointment is necessary. Please just drop in.

Resources

At our Evesham Outreach Centre, we also have plenty of guides and booklets on services and other specialist charities that may be able to help you, as well as a comprehensive list of local services you may need. One drop-in may be all you need to get advice, though we really hope it will be the start
of your support journey with us.
