Free Hospice at Home Service

Hospice Care at Home Service

Our Hospice Care at Home Service is for patients who would like to stay at home in familiar surroundings in the last weeks or days of their life. Our nurses are experienced in end of life care. They are carefully selected for their aptitude and skill in this specific area, working day and night.

Bereavment Counselling Services

Bereavement Services

We provide bereavement counselling from our cabin, a private and peaceful space set in the gardens of Jecca’s House, Chipping Campden. We support adults and young people from the age of 13 with one to one counselling in person. We also run a monthly group adult bereavement cafe.

We provide children aged 13 and under therapeutic play support from dedicated spaces in Chipping Campden at Jecca’s House, and from partner primary schools in Bengeworth (Evesham), Sedgeberrow and Stow on the Wold.

Campden Home Nursing is an independent local charity founded 35 years ago. We provide Hospice Care at Home Services for patients who choose to be nursed in their homes at the end of their lives, and Bereavement Services for bereaved children and adults.

Our geographical area includes many towns and villages across North Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. These include Pershore, Broadway, Evesham, Bredon, Moreton-in-Marsh and Lower Quinton. We support 11 medical centres. See below a map of the area to which we support.

We are committed to providing high quality nursing care through our experienced and excellent nursing team. In short, we will be there for the bereaved at the time when we’re needed most. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The Care Quality Commission inspects health and adult social care services in England to ensure they provide safe, high-quality care. If a service needs to improve, CQC will take action to make sure this happens.
