Melanie brings over 13 years of NHS experience, with a strong background in clinical informatics, project management, and business change. She played a key role in the implementation of Electronic Patient Records across Children’s Community Services in South Warwickshire.

A qualified Pharmacy Technician, Melanie has worked across the NHS and private sectors, including roles at Lloyds Pharmacy Head Office. Her career has spanned hospital, community, and GP practice settings throughout Warwickshire.

With expertise in clinical system interoperability, data cleansing and analysis, and change management, Melanie is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through effective systems and patient-centred solutions.
