📅 Held every 3rd Thursday of the month
This monthly café is a safe, welcoming space for carers, family members, and friends supporting someone living with dementia. Whether you’re looking for a listening ear, practical guidance, or simply a chance to enjoy a cuppa in good company—you’re warmly invited.
Each session offers:
- ☕ Tea, coffee, cake, and friendly conversation
- 💬 Practical and emotional support
- 🤝 A space to meet others in similar situations
- 🧠 Advice from trained volunteers
- 👥 An opportunity to chat with Paul and Heather from talkdementia
People living with dementia are also welcome to attend, provided they are accompanied by a family member, friend, or paid carer—unless they live independently without support. Please note: the café is not a drop-off or medical care service.
