Remember a loved one this Christmas by dedicating a star on the Campden Home Nursing Tree of Stars, which will be displayed in St James Church in Chipping Campden from 5th-8th December. We will write your loved one’s name on a wooden star, and on the other side, there is room for a 5 word message. After Christmas, we will send you back your star, so that you can keep it forever.

We have cared for many local people over the years, but those you are dedicating to, do not have to have been cared for by us. Anyone is welcome to dedicate a star.

Each star costs £10 which will help Campden Home Nursing continue to provide its vital services free of charge.

You can buy as many stars as you like, and all you have to do is download this form and return it to us, together with a cheque by Friday 29th November 2019. If your form reaches us later, we may not be able to hang it on our tree.

We will take care of the rest.
