The Red Lion is offering a choice of Sunday lunches for two, plus a dessert and a bottle of wine
The Red Lion Tavern, Chipping Campden, came under new ownership in July’19 and was refurbished and re-launched in October’19.
It is home of Scoff Kitchen which is their own unique brand which boasts a kitchen without limitations. Various t dishes from vegan, steaks and burgers to smoked food off the BBQ are available.
The landlord, Dave, said: “We believe it is important to understand where our food comes from and the journey it takes from farm to fork. Chef & Restaurateur Michael Alexiou bought Woolmarket House in 1986 and transformed it into the charming and unique restaurant it is today. The building dates from circa 1720 and features two magnificent inglenook fireplaces.
Dine in relaxed surroundings with the warm ambience of open fires in the winter, or on the pretty terrace in the summer. Michael’s offers traditional Greek cuisine, complemented by modern, Mediterranean dishes. From an array of Mezze dishes, fresh fish, seafood and seasonal daily specials, to their renowned “Marathona” fillet steaks; all ingredients are locally-sourced where possible.

The Volunteer Inn is a 17th century pub with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, offering unpretentious value for money accommodation.
They serve a fabulous selection of Indian and English dishes, available in the Maharaja Restaurant and real ale in the bar. The Inn is only a few hundred yards from the town centre, with the Cotswold way on its door step.
A cobbled courtyard, outdoor TV and well maintained gardens, leading to a children’s play area can be enjoyed during the summer months and a warm cosy log fire in the winter.

Da Luigi is providing a voucher for £30 which can be used to buy a main course and a dessert for two from their takeaway menu on Saturday 13th February (please note, the restaurant is closed on Sunday 14th February)
Da Luigi bistro is a family run Italian bistro, serving honest food & drinks as well as sharing antipasti boards, tapas & individual starters, thin, crispy base pizza, pasta & ravioli and there are weekly fish & meat specials.
